Meet James

James A. Spear is from Batavia, New York. He graduated with a degree from the David Crawford School of Engineering at Norwich University. After graduation, James worked as a Scheduler and Assistant Project Manager, managing several multi-million-dollar construction projects in Vermont and New York.
 
James relocated to Glenburn, ME where he currently resides with his wife, Cassie, Daughter and two dogs. James started his Real Estate career in the Spring of 2020 and has successfully assisted hundreds of families and investors with their real estate needs. Using his background in scheduling and project management, he is knowledgeable in many facets of the Real Estate industry.
