Walk the old stone walls. Explore the woods. Find your building site. Imagine what comes next. This is Washington, Maine land with a little history—and so many possibilities. This beautiful property offers a special combination of history, woods, privacy and plenty of room to create something of your own. You could spend the day wandering the property where you will find old stone walls and ravines throughout the forest. These are reminders of the property's agricultural past and a time when this land was worked very differently than it is today. An old farmhouse remains on the property, adding to the lot's sense of history. The house is in a condition where it will need to come down, but its presence is part of the property's story. The Town recognizes this property as three separate parcels, giving a buyer the opportunity to purchase the entire 65 acres or potentially choose a smaller piece. The property will also be offered separately as approximately 28 acres and 37 acres offering flexibility.
