Amazing opportunity to own 13 acres of land in the beautiful town of Liberty. Located on a well cared for discontinued town road this piece is the perfect opportunity for a homesteader or someone looking for quiet off grid camp or house. A driveway and small house lot have been cut in already so you could get right to work building if see fit! The land is loaded with beautiful hemlocks and some really big pine trees so you could use your own lumber to build along with lots of hardwood trees for firewood. Only one mile to the Liberty resident only swimming area on Lake St George and only 3 miles from the St George lake boat launch. This piece gives you the opportunity to own a substantial size piece of land in a quiet rural setting while still only being 30 min away from both Belfast and Camden. Lot is part of a larger parcel that will be split upon sale.
