$37,000

Thickly wooded with a healthy mix of hardwoods and evergreens, this surveyed 6.95 acre lot offers what is becoming a rare find; privacy with close proximity to area recreational opportunities. A common lot at High Head provides deeded access to the lake through the subdivision. Just half a mile from the public landing, a developed boat ramp gives boat access to 3800 acre Gardner Lake and the several lakes above it. A cold water fishery and local favorite, the lake offers 4 seasons of outdoor activities. Less than 1.5 miles in the other direction the Sunrise Trail, a 90 mile converted railroad bed perfect for everything from snowshoeing and skiing in the winter to hiking, biking, and ATVs in summer. A septic design is available and a proposed driveway has been marked and partially cleared. Centrally located along Washington County's coastal area, maintained access and protective covenants make this one a great option for full time living or weekend vacations.
